The app primarily sorts other players by their location, finding the closest players first to match players in the same time zone. The app also lets users search up other players by their summoner name, rank, and preferred roles.
The League of Legends community is known for its trolls and toxic player base. Unite LoL was created to reduce negative experiences, and help players find more friends to play with. Playing with a person you know will allow for less toxicity and more communication and teamwork.
